The Gaia method.

The development of the Gaia Method was somewhat of a surprise! I have been a Reiki teacher for 14 years and have trained in a few different types of Reiki, including Tera Mai and Karuna. I also trained as a Magnified Healing teacher and did psychodynamic counselling and massage.
I learned to channel and how to follow the instructions I received from my guides as I now had a good, clear relationship with them. After a journey to Egypt to do an ascension workshop in Giza my life changed. I went through a void where everything I had learned up until that point was stripped away. My training was now going to be different. My guides began to tell where to visit and I learned to listen and to follow their instructions when I got there. I visited many barrow cemeteries and other sites and realigned the energies there. It was as though I could travel into the past and communicate with the guardians there. They gave me their history, little by little, and I learned how our ancestors worked with the landscape.
I continued to do this and then went to the University of Winchester to study archaeology. I wanted to knowthe history as the history books told it and to work hands-on with the past. I loved it but my direction changed, yet again, before I’d finished the degree. My guides told me my direction was being ‘re-directed’ but at the time I didn’t know how that was going to happen.
A month later my younger sister died suddenly in her sleep. It was a huge shock but it explained what all my deceased relatives were doing when, over a period of a month before my sister’s death, they kept visiting me. I had been worried because they kept appearing when I was in University and I couldn’t figure out why they were all here suddenly. I never would have guessed that my sister was going to die.
Well, it did change my direction, because I could no longer concentrate on studying. My money had also disappeared so I had to find a job, and fast! It was such an upheaval but I had to do something. I ended up starting my own business as a therapist and Reiki teacher.
Throughout this period my guides continued to send me to different places to do the earth activations and alignments. They sent me to new York to work on planting the seeds for the site of the World Trade Centre. Many people had obviously worked hard on clearing the trauma energies of the site because it was surprisingly light. My friend Kat and I (Kat’s Grandmother had paid for the trip) sat in the church opposite and did the work. I saw it becoming a beautiful park which surprised me as I knew the Americans had planned to build a commemorative centre there.

While in new York I made a really strong connection to Standing Bear, my guide, and he became more instrumental in the bringing in of the Gaia Method energies. When I returned to England I continued to do the earthwork which had really intensified. My guides began to train me, going through the Seven Gates, and each time I went through a gateway I received a symbol with its meaning. Initially I thought they were just more Reiki symbols but on a visit to Gough’s Cave in Cheddar Gorge I received the attunement process for the Gaia Method, including the name for the system. I was really surprised! Then I thought “ oh god, another healing system. How is this going to be any different to all the others out there, and why on earth am I doing it?” I’m not a person to likes to stand out, in fact I generally avoid it like the plague. After all these years of therapy and healing I still don’t like it! Part of me wanted to keep it to myself, but another part knew that was impossible. If I was doing this it meant it was needed.

As I began to work with it I began to realise how different it was to the Reiki systems. I also realised that it balanced Reiki beautifully. Instead of coming from the Universe it comes up from the earth, like a golden serpent. The symbols are lifelike and designed to be absorbed into the body and energy field. The first level symbols I generally received at a dryad or sacred space and they all relate to the Arthurian Pathway. Years ago my guides told me that my path was the ‘Arthurian Path’ but at the time I had no idea what they meant! And that path was only part of my training!

I didn’t know when I was supposed to begin teaching this system especially as I wasn’t finished receiving it in its entirety. However the first attunements happened before I thought I was ready to do them! I had a Reiki first degree workshop the following week but on the morning of the workshop I couldn’t feel the Reiki energy. I couldn’t understand it but trusted my guides to know what they were doing. When the first student sat for her attunement I still couldn’t feel it but I asked my guides for help. When I had finished I stood behind the student and asked my guides to give her whatever else she needed, as I always do. They told me to offer her the Gaia Method and I quietly panicked! I’d only just written down the process, how was I going to do this? I could feel the energy coming in and it was so powerful that I trusted it would be ok. And it was. It was the most powerful attunement I had ever passed. Again I thought I had finished when my guides gave me a goddess name for the student along with a key word. The goddess name represented the aspect of the goddess the student was trying to manifest in the world and the key word was how she would do it. It was amazing. When I explained to her what it was about it completely resonated with her so I was immensely relieved. I ended up offering it to all the students that day and the Gaia Method was born. The male students received a ‘god’ name.

Then I moved back to Ireland for a year and spent that year further learning the Gaia Method system through reconnecting to the older work done by our ancestors, both 'Pagan' and Christian. Much of the information I received has not been received well by people who feel a connection to the Goddess as they see early Christianity as causing the death of the Goddess awareness. But this is not the truth! The truth is far more interesting! My work in Ireland was about clearing the main meridian which runs from the West of Ireland to the East and anchoring flames at each point. This is like acupuncture and moxibustion and it cleared the main energy line through Ireland.

As soon as the work was complete in ireland we then had to leave. This was in 2008 and I was not happy to come back to England. During our year in Ireland we also travelled to Egypt and Iceland to connect points and anchor flames and seeds. Returning to England felt very strange as I no longer felt a connection here. But my grandaughter was born and she was a good reason to be here. During this time I connected to Omar in Egypt and everything changed. We have a long soul history together and this brings its own interesting challenges and healing. But we work very well together and are bonded in a way which I have not experienced before.
Together we are learning to surf the waves of Egyptian consciousness, healing as we go. The Gaia Method is to be anchored in the heart of Egypt and will rebirth the the consciousness of the Divine Mother again, as Egypt is her ancient home. The intention is to re-balance the masculine and feminine energies there and to reconnect the ancient Energy Grid to the rest of the world. As it once was!

We are both writers and we are working together to write stories from the soul of Egypt. We also work through the energy of Islam, which is a very beautiful vibration and one which, like Chrisianity, has been surrounded by dogma and fear. But it is a vibration of great beauty and Love. One day we will do the Hajj to Mecca and re-anchor the codes of love and light there so that all can 'remember' and reconnect to this frequency of beauty, Love and Light. Our mission is also to reunite the Twin Flames of Egypt, Upper and Lower and to recreate the Garden of Eden. That great home of the Mother's Love and Bounty!
