The Gaia method.

Wisdom of the Ancients. Wisdom.
Water from St. Nectan's waterfall in Cornwall, a very sacred site, was used for this essence.
(The waterfall itself is said to be where king Arthur took his knights where they then dedicated themselves to the search for the holy grail.) The water was charged in a Bronze Age dolmen called Spinster's Rock. It was charged with three symbols of the Gaia Method and a kundalini activation. Three Ancient Ones, a Druid, a Native American and an Australian Aborigine appeared and channelled their knowledge and wisdom into the essence. They said it would help people who were working on their Light-body, or Merkaba, to connect with ancient earth wisdom. Using it on myself first, as instructed, I found that it worked on more than one level. In terms of emotional development it brings insight and inspiration into deeply entrenched patterns of behaviour. It has helped me to shift issues I didn't even know were issues! It allowed memories to come up and the pattern of behaviour to become much clearer so that action could finally be taken to improve my life. I've been doing this emotional work for over 15 years now so this essence has really helped me to move into deeper layers. On another level, this essence helps us to tune into the ancient layers of knowledge understood by our ancestors. This is especially useful if you are an earth worker, archaeologist or in any way interested in reconnecting to the ways our ancestors lived in connection to the earth.

The Love of the Mother. Love.
Using this essence on a daily basis allows us to feel loved and supported by the Divine Mother, the Earth. It helps to rebuild our relationship with all facets of the Mother, from our own mother or mother figure (or lack of one) to the Mother in the Earth. It gives us the support we need to learn to stand on our own two feet, feeling that we are supported by the Mother and that we belong in this world. This is especially useful if your own experiences of being mothered were not what they could have been. If you experienced abandonment, neglect or abuse at the hands of your mother or mother figure this essence can help you to heal the effects of these experiences. Even if you consider your experiences to be 'normal' this essence still wraps you in a cloak of love so that you feel supported in your journey. This essence also gives us energetic protection from the unconscious energy of others. This is especially important when we are trying to find our own! It helps you to reconnect to your own energy and bring out what you want to do so you are not ‘pulled’ into doing what others want you to do. It helps us to ‘withstand’ the demands and needs of others. If you are a sensitive soul and feel other’s energies as though they were yours then this is the essence to help with that. I have found it to be invaluable.

The Father's Abundance. Abundance.
This essence was created by both myself and my work partner at Glastonbury Abbey. It was the first one that involved the two of us and when we had made it I realised why. It was created within a Vesica Piscis on the original site of the Abbey and it involved bringing in the energy of the Cosmic father. Because my work partner is male he holds the masculine energy needed to bring in the masculine energies. The male energy came into the 'eye' of the Vesica Piscis as a downward pointing golden sword. This essence is a powerful one in healing any and all splits we might have with all aspects of the Father, be it our own father (or lack of one), the government or God. In healing these psychic splits we allow the abundance of the Source to fill our lives, both energetically and physically. Using it before any type of healing session, including past life regression and counselling, allows us to reconnect to issues which have meant that we do not live a fulfilled life in our relationships with the opposite sex. It changes our relationship with our Divine Father, helping us to realise that we need to heal all issues around masculine energy if we wish to proceed with the balancing our male and female sides. Because of my own father issues I was very resistant to completing this essence, but I have been using it now since we made it a few months ago and I am now able to complete it. Even the making of the essence mirroring my own blockages with male energy and how I related to it. It is well worth using!
 Elixir of the Goddess. Union.
This is the first essence made in Ireland, the Land of Brigit, the White Goddess. It rejuvenates and inspires, bringing the love of the Goddess into our hearts. A potion of Divine Love, made manifest in the Body of Light called the Merkaba. It raises those who use it to new heights of love. Its use will spark the remembrance, within the Soul-body/Merkaba, of a time long forgotten, when all of life was sacred and Divine. Using this essence on a daily basis will ensure that your connection to this Body of Light will remain strong until, eventually, you are your soul, aware of who you are and why you are here. United as One. This essence was created with the water from St. Fiachra's Well, originally sacred to Brigit, in Ullard, Co. Kilkenny. A nearby bullaun stone (see photos page) became the font within which it was created. It was charged with the triple energies of the Goddess, the gold flame of Brigit, the Magenta Flame of the Magdalene and the blue flame of the Cosmic Mother, Mary, Isis, etc. It was a powerful essence to make as the well lies within the energy field of an ancient vortex which has a radius of 5 miles. This vortex has not been in use for many years and is only now being reactivated. The triple energies in the essence are strongly connected to the landscape within which it was made. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Elixir of The Gods. Purpose.
This essence was made in Tintagel and is a combination of the Solar energies as represented by the Divine solar King, Arthur and the God of the sea, Neptune/Poseidon. It creates in your psyche a connection to these aspects of masculine ‘God’ energies. The Arthur aspect creates and initial connection to the Cosmic Father, the ‘energiser of Worlds’. The Neptune aspect connects you to the water realms of the psyche where ‘dreams and visions dwell’. This aspect creates the unconscious motivation to fulfil your dreams. Arthur fertilises them, making them possible and Neptune manifests those possibilities in your life. Using this essence puts you in touch with your ‘manifesting power’. It puts you in touch with your soul purpose and allows it to unfold and manifest. The combination of Sea and Solar energy mean that you are ‘in alignment’ with your purpose. It connects you to the 7th level of your auric field, the mental spiritual body. As Barbara Brennan states, “when we are in touch with this level we know that we are One with the Creator. It contains our life plan and is the last level directly related to this incarnation. Beyond this level is the Cosmic plane.” Whatever we need in order to manifest our purpose is made possible by the use of this essence.

The Breath of life. Birth.

This essence was born in the lake in Cader Idris, in the Snowdonia mountain range in Wales. It is literally ‘the creative Breath of the Great Earth Mother’ Artemis.
Using this essence opens up the three creative chakras associated with ‘birthing’ the Mother’s creations, the heart, the solar plexus and the sacral chakras. When we are fully attuned to the Great Mother, in our deepest being, we birth our soul creations. This can come in any form, through writing, creating art of any kind, mothering, fathering etc. Whatever your soul wishes to create is what is birthed into the physical world. It is a process of creation which many people are trying to bring onto the planet. A ‘soul focussed’ feminine creation process as opposed to the predominant masculine way of creating. Creating from your soul is a very different process and in order to do this we have to unlearn everything we have ever learned about how life and creating are supposed to be. Julia Cameron teaches this way of feminine creating in her book ‘The Artist’s way’. Using the essence allows you to find the creations which lie deep in your soul and psyche and allows you to find the time to bring these souls gifts into being. It helps to release beliefs and blockages about manifesting in this way and moves you into deeper relationship with the Divine Feminine in all of her creations.

Celestial Creation. Alchemy.
This is the latest essence to be made, created in Ireland at Mahan Falls, in the Comeragh Mountains. Co Waterford. It is an alchemical blend of the energies of the sun, mercury and Mars. This essence ‘materialises’. It brings into physical form all of the ideas we have received through our connection with the Mother of the Earth. All the energies contained within this essence combine the ingredients necessary to bring them into physical form and to make them available to the world: Solar light; the energy of creation. Mars; as an earth God rules fertility in Nature (before he became God of War!) therefore he gives us fertility, allowing our fertile ideas to grow into maturity. Then there’s Mercury: God of commerce and trade, abundance and commercial success. As messenger of the Gods he ‘prompts’ us to take the right action when we are bringing our gifts to the wider world. If we can create a soul-infused world where everyone is connected to both Goddess and God what might our world be like? Won’t know until we do it!
 
There are further essences which are a separate set to the Gaia Method support set. I am still working on their uses!! The new essences work on the archetypal level and bring in the myths and sacred stories of the sites and countries they are created from. They are also designed to help in your work with the landscape as each essence holds it own information and teachings to support your work in this way. Each of these essences carries the information necessary to work energetically within a given terrain and with certain energies such as elemental energy or sea energy or dragon energy. There are now

The white Calf. Nuturing, Protection and Abundance. Ireland.
This was made at The Well of the White Cow, just down the road from the Hill of Tara. The White Cow is the symbol of the Earth Goddess Brigit. What is interesting about these next essences is that whilst making them, again I am invited to make them, I don't plan to, the essences are made by a part of the energy of the site. In this case I could see the energy going into the bottle, like an elemental, but it took the form of a very white, smiling woman with large, full breasts! Yet she looked rather bovine! She had cows ears. It was rather funny to see her in the bottle, smiling away, breasts exposed and full. But she was letting me know exactly what this essence was all about. It contained the energy of Brigit, of the land, of the healing waters. The Mother Goddess of Ireland and her constant source of nourishment. I found on using this essence, that it healed issues around our own children and how we allow ourselves to be nurtured, or not! It connect s us to the abundance of the Earth, the gifts of the Mother.

The Rainbow Bridge. A Bridge over Troubled water. Iceland.
This essence was a lovely surprise as it was made at an incredible glacial waterfall in Southern Iceland, called Skogafoss. There is a legend about the first Viking settler there who buried his treasure behind the waterfall. A young boy managed to find it years later but only managed to grab the gold ring on the side of the chest before it disappeared. Legends of buried treasure usually indicate a special spiritual energy and we could certainly feel it as we walked towards it. It felt wonderful, totally clear and sparkly. There were rainbows everywhere and combined with the white snow and ice it looked incredible. Luckily I had a bottle with me as I didn't know I was going to make an essence. I filled it up with water from the waterfall and set it down close to the river where the rainbows were. I stood back and could see the rainbow filling the bottle. It was absolutely beautiful. I was told that the essence was 'A bridge over troubled water.' The rainbow bridge, to the Vikings, was the bridge to Valhalla, their spirit world. When I was going through a huge change of energy and place of living, my guides told me to use this essence. It helps to support your energy while undergoing soul-level change and connects you to the place you are supposed to be next. It creates the bridge from here to there! Literally! Like building a highway to you next destination so that it happens easily and efortlessly. If, for instance, you have to go abroad to do some energy work there this essence focussses your energy attention on that place, creating an energetic bridge for you to follow. There may often be inner resistance to travelling in different countries, due to past life issue etc so this essence makes sure you get there, ressistance or not! Very, very useful!

Hatshepsut's Wisdom. MAAT. Truth, Order and Balance. Egypt, Ireland, England.
This was a very interesting essence to make as it combines the energy of Hatshepsut, a Ushabti energy and our Lady of Knock! While making it I had to anchor the energy of a Ushabti figure dating from Ramesis II period. Then Hatshepsut put her KA, known as MAAT into the water. I was also told to finish the essence by the addition of water from Knock which we had picked up the previous year. This has a triple energy. The Ushabti 'announces' the 'Presence of God', i.e. Hatshepsut as Amun, as he walks before her. This energy was incredible to channel and I felt 'off the planet' for most of the day afterwards. The energies of Maat are the energies of this bottle: truth, order and balance. As Hatshepsut worked with the Mother energies to create abundance for Egypt through the balance of the land I am assuming that her wisdom teaches us how to do that too. I'll have to wait and see!! I had a thought about the Ushabti essence: While doing this energy work in Egypt I find that we are left alone to do the work without interference from the many 'guides' that want to show you around. Its as if they see that you are doing something sacred and they do not interrupt. They look at you then look away. I was very surprised the first time it happened. I an assuming then that it creates an energy of protection around you whilst you carry out your sacred work. Very, very useful!

The Wisdom of Avalon.
This essence contains the Divine Feminine Wisdom of Avalon. The Goddess energy placed loads of apples into the water then kissed the bottle, sending all of her love into it. Very nice.

Aqua Sulis. The Spark of Creation.
This was in the Romn Baths in Bath. The springs had originally been dedicated to the British Goddess but the Romans created the baths to contain the water. We had been working energetically to reinstate the Ancient British Goddess there so this essence was a nice surprise. The essence itself takes you right into the spark of creation. That point of potential before anything is created. It also helps you to remember the ancient stories of the ancestors.

The Mother of Fosbury.
Fosbury hillfort is a site with the most beautiful mother energy I have ever experienced. When I was studying archaeology a few years ago in Winchester Uni one of the other students brought me to Fosbury as he was writing his dissertation on it. I fell in love with the place. The feelings leftover from the original people who had lived there was inspiring. They wanted for nothing and loved where they were. They felt nurtured by the mother and lived a comfortable, stable lifestyle. No matter how many times I have gone there I have never come away feeling anything but abundant. So the making of an essence here was very welcome. With the essence you can connect more easily to Mother sites and gain the understanding of how these sites work and how they can be brought back to life energeticaly. In this way we in the present can tap into her energy again.
